A pillow's job is simple: keep your head and neck in line with your spine, in whatever position you actually sleep. Two things decide whether it does that — loft (height) and how that height interacts with your sleep position — followed by material feel and temperature.
Check the return rules of the seller opened by the shopping link, including whether an opened pillow can be returned and who pays return shipping. A manufacturer's direct-store trial does not automatically apply to an Amazon purchase.
Follow the model's care instructions and review its condition when the fill clumps, the cover wears or the pillow no longer maintains the height you need. A folding test is not suitable for every construction, especially a solid foam core.
