Who should consider it?
Side sleepers who already enjoy soft memory foam have a clear reason to consider the four-inch comfort package. Based on construction, the foam should absorb partner movement with less spring response than a coil mattress, but SleepRanked has not measured that difference.
If you prefer a flatter, firmer foam surface, compare Keetsa Cloud before choosing Supreme. If changing position easily matters more than a deep cradle, also consider a hybrid. Supreme is listed in Twin, Full, Queen, King and Cal King; there is no Twin XL or dedicated Split King option.
Materials and comfort limits
Both models use a Tencel, polyester and linen blend cover certified to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX. Keetsa identifies its polyurethane foam as CertiPUR-US certified. These are textile and foam certifications, not proof that the whole mattress is organic.
The breathable cover does not eliminate the possibility of warmth in a deep memory-foam cradle. Supreme's foam base also gives no basis to assume the same perimeter response as a reinforced coil mattress. SleepRanked has not hands-on tested either model's cooling, pressure relief, motion transfer or edge strength; these fit observations are construction-based expectations.
Check your foundation first
Keetsa's 12-year limited warranty requires a firm, rigid, smooth foundation that supports the entire mattress and allows ventilation. Slats must be no more than four inches apart. Using a Keetsa mattress on an adjustable bed or Murphy bed voids the warranty, so either setup is a reason to choose another mattress.
The warranty covers qualifying material and workmanship defects; personal comfort preferences and normal impressions of 1.5 inches or less are excluded. Keep your receipt and confirm that your existing base meets the requirements.
