Why we recommend it
- +Three inches of D65, 22–24 ILD Dunlop latex give an adult shoulder and hip more material to compress before reaching the support unit while retaining latex's faster response
- +The eight-inch coil unit uses 10-turn 16-gauge perimeter coils, 6-turn 15-gauge coils across most of the surface, and nested 6-turn 14.5-gauge coils through the center third for a firmer edge and lumbar zone

Pros & Cons
Pros
- + Three inches of D65, 22–24 ILD Dunlop latex give an adult shoulder and hip more material to compress before reaching the support unit while retaining latex's faster response
- + The eight-inch coil unit uses 10-turn 16-gauge perimeter coils, 6-turn 15-gauge coils across most of the surface, and nested 6-turn 14.5-gauge coils through the center third for a firmer edge and lumbar zone
- + Natural Escape adds a third inch of latex and a more developed coil recipe over Kiwi; choose it for a primary adult or couples bed when deeper cushioning and the published 750-pound capacity matter
- + GOTS organic cotton and wool, GOLS-certified latex, a wool flame barrier, and hand tufting without adhesives create a documented material package without Polyurethane Foam or fiberglass
Cons
- - The published 7.5–8 out of 10 feel is on the firmer side; strict side sleepers seeking a plush surface may need the separate two-inch topper or a softer mattress
- - The 113-pound Queen is difficult to move, and the sewn handles are for rotation only rather than lifting or carrying
- - Cooling, pressure-relief, alignment, motion, allergen, durability, and capacity statements are manufacturer evidence or construction-based guidance; SleepRanked has not independently lab-tested those outcomes
- - The current Queen length is published as 79 inches, and My Green Mattress allows plus or minus two inches of handmade natural-material variation, which matters for tight frames
