100-night mattress trial and eligible comfort-layer swaps at Naturepedic
Allow at least 30 nights to adjust and confirm the earliest eligible return for your order. For a layer swap, pay for replacement comfort layers upfront, then return the original layers in good condition to receive the eligible refund. Confirm the deadline from the original invoice date: the swap page uses both 100 nights and receipt within 100 days. Shipping fees apply outside the continental U.S. and for purchases from other retailers. After the window, new layers are paid purchases and final sale. Confirm mattress return authorization and the current order-specific terms before relying on the program.

EOS Classic buying guide
Choose the feel, then plan your layer swaps
EOS Classic is a 12-inch hybrid with a 3-inch organic latex comfort layer over 8-inch encased coils. Its zippered cover lets you replace components and change comfort layers later. Firmness adjustments involve swapping layers; there are no air chambers or app controls. EOS Trilux offers an all-latex alternative without coils.
Match latex and coils to your preferred feel
Naturepedic suggests Plush or Medium for side sleepers, and Cushion-Firm, Firm or Extra-Firm for back or stomach sleepers. Treat these manufacturer suggestions as starting points: body size, cushioning preference and comfort at home still matter.
| Feel | Latex | Coils |
|---|---|---|
| Plush | Soft | Plush |
| Medium | Medium | Plush |
| Cushion-Firm | Soft | Firm |
| Firm | Medium | Firm |
| Extra-Firm | Firm | Firm |
Queen, King and California King offer different firmness selections inside one cover. Internal split feel does not mean two separate Twin XL mattresses or include an adjustable base. Do not assume smaller sizes have two independent sides.
Allow space and help for assembly
Components arrive in several boxes for assembly at home. Plan unpacking space and lifting help. Paid in-home assembly is separately scheduled after delivery, non-refundable and available in the Continental U.S. Free ground shipping covers the Continental U.S.; check charges elsewhere.

How It Compares
The Naturepedic EOS Classic's published information supports the comparison factors shown below. Focus on the construction, feel, and purchase terms most relevant to how you sleep.

This score weighs performance, price and purchase terms. Softer or firmer feel does not raise or lower it; the quiz uses your sleep position and feel preferences to help find a suitable match. How the score works.

Naturepedic Serenade
Plush, Cushion-Firm, Firm feel · Hybrid
Naturepedic Serenade is an 11-inch organic hybrid with a 2-inch GOLS-certified latex comfort layer over 8-inch encased coils. Choose Plush, Cushion-Firm, or Firm. It is the more flexible Serenade choice if you like latex response; compare the latex-free sibling when avoiding latex matters more than feel options.

Pros

- + Zipper access lets you change comfort layers rather than replace the whole mattress
- + The 12-inch build includes a 3-inch organic latex comfort layer above 8-inch encased coils
Cons
