EOS Pillow Top has two separate 3-inch latex comfort layers above 8-inch encased coils in a 15-inch profile. EOS Classic is 12 inches tall with one 3-inch latex comfort layer. Compare the additional depth with your actual comfort preference; a taller mattress does not automatically suit you better.
Pick a feel, then assess it at home
Choose Ultra-Plush, Plush, Medium, Cushion-Firm or Firm. These are manufacturer feel labels, not independent performance ratings. Queen, King and Cal King offer separate left/right selections; do not assume that option for Twin. Softer choices are a starting point for assessing shoulder and hip cushioning in side sleep. Your body size and tolerance for sink matter more than the label.
Latex should respond more readily than slow memory foam, based on its construction. If you want a lingering cradle, assess that preference before choosing. Check sheet depth and total bed height, and plan space for assembling the modular components. Free doorstep delivery means self-setup; paid in-home setup is a separate, non-refundable service in the Continental U.S.
Know what the materials mean
Naturepedic lists organic cotton and wool, latex and plant-based PLA, with GOTS-certified cotton/wool and GOLS-certified latex. GOTS applies to organic textiles and GOLS to organic latex; these labels describe materials and manufacturing requirements. The wool cover means this model is not vegan.
Use a solid platform, bunkie board or unyielding slats no more than 3 inches apart. Keep the law label and proof of purchase, protect the mattress, and confirm that your intended foundation meets the EOS warranty requirements.
Plan the trial and layer swap separately
The direct 100-night mattress trial requires a 30-night break-in. For a layer swap, pay for replacements upfront; originals must be received in good condition within 100 days of the original invoice for a refund of the replacement-layer cost. Layer shipping is free for Continental U.S. naturepedic.com purchases. Authorized-retailer purchases require a receipt and round-trip shipping fees; outside the Continental U.S., shipping charges apply. After 100 nights, you can buy layers, but originals cannot be returned.
